For 10 years I have keep my weight constant and healthy but after a back problem I seen my body degrade. That generated a the lack of activities, a time full of surgeries and weight gaining medicine affecting badly my lifestyle during the last 3 years. I seen my body changing for the worst and didn’t do anything about it.
I want to do something about it now. I’m not seeking a small size dress, only to find myself back to my natural range and regain a beautiful wardrobe. ( Or sew a new one)
This is about changing my lifestyle for the better. I hate the word ‘diet’… I know Dukan is a diet but I hope its just the kick in the butt I need to make me start getting healthier again and them the blog will mainly document my heathy food diary.
I’m not overweight by any means… People even may think I’m slim enough and I agree that its not about getting slimmer.What is concerning is my health . The extra kilos really make my back hurt. Being lighter helps with my back pain and my exercise.
Having my BMI within 20 it’s my main goal! It’s also my goal to introduce physical activity back into my life and get toned! I need the dukan discipline of it.
I don’t agree with dieting to be skinny for the society. I’m doing this to return to my own natural weight. If your BMI is lower than 19 (18 is underweight) please don’t don’t follow my recipes. I don’t endorse or support Ana or any other organisation similar to it. If you are overweight, consult a GP to make sure Dukan is the right diet for you!
A balanced and heathy lifestyle it’s the aim here.
